At Adro Hearing Aid Centre (“Adro”, “we”, “our”), we are committed to offering high-quality hearing solutions backed by reliable manufacturer warranties and expert service support. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage, terms, and procedures for warranty claims on products purchased from our stores or through adrohearingaid.com (“Website”).
By purchasing from Adro, you acknowledge and agree to the warranty terms outlined below.
1. Manufacturer Warranty for Hearing Aids
All hearing aids sold at Adro come with official manufacturer warranty, which generally includes: ✔ Duration Depending on the brand and model, warranties typically range from:- 1 to 2 years: Service or Repair Warranty
- Extended warranty available for select models through payment upgrades
- On your invoice
- In the device warranty card
- Through brand documentation
- Internal electronic component defects
- Receiver issues
- Microphone malfunction
- Charging system faults (for rechargeable models)
- Software-related performance defects
- Physical damage or breakage
- Water or moisture damage
- Loss or theft of the device
- Damage due to improper cleaning or handling
- Battery corrosion
- Tampering or unauthorised repairs
2. Warranty for Hearing Aid Accessories
Warranty coverage varies by accessory type: ✔ Chargers, TV streamers, remote controls, Bluetooth accessories- Typically covered for 6–12 months
- Covers functional issues or manufacturing defects
3. Ear Mould Warranty
Custom ear moulds are non-returnable and not covered by warranty, except for:- Manufacturing defects detected within 48 hours of delivery
- Fit issues identified during initial fitting session (one free remake may be offered depending on audiologist recommendation)
4. Diagnostic & Service Warranty
Diagnostic tests performed at Adro (PTA, Tympanometry, OAE, BERA, Speech Tests) do not carry warranty. However, the following service support is applicable: ✔ Hearing Aid Fine-Tuning- Free follow-up tuning sessions are offered during the initial adaptation period (typically 15–30 days depending on the model and clinic policy)
- All repairs done under warranty follow the manufacturer’s terms
- Repairs outside warranty come with an estimate approval before processing
5. Warranty Claim Procedure

- Warranty card (if applicable)
- Device serial number
- A brief description of the issue
- Functional checks
- Diagnostic testing
- Visual inspection for damage or misuse
- The device will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer
- Processing time typically ranges between 7–21 business days, depending on brand service centre timelines
6. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty is void if:- The device has been tampered with or serviced outside authorised centres
- Damage occurred due to accidents, drops, moisture, sweat, or dust
- Serial number or product label is removed or altered
- Device is not used according to manufacturer instructions
7. Extended Warranty
Certain brands offer optional extended warranties for an additional fee. Benefits may include:- Longer repair coverage
- Free replacements in case of specific component failures
